Private Birthday Parties — Your Bike, Your Friends!

Want the whole bike for your birthday celebration? Book a Private Tour for up to 15 people. You’ll have the entire PedalPub for your group, with a professional Pilot handling the driving.

Bring decorations, balloons, cupcakes, and your favorite playlist. It’s your party!

Smaller Birthday Groups? Join a Public Tour!

Don’t have enough friends to fill a whole bike? No problem!

Book individual seats on one of our regularly scheduled Public/Mixer Tours and celebrate alongside other fun-loving people. Public Tours are a great option for smaller birthday groups who want the PedalPub experience without reserving an entire bike.

Birthday Party FAQs

How many people can ride on a PedalPub?

Each PedalPub holds up to 15 passengers, with 10 pedaling seats and five non-pedaling seats. Private Tours require a minimum of six people.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Absolutely! You can bring your own beer, wine, and other permitted beverages. No hard liquor or glass containers, please.

Can we decorate the bike for a birthday?

Yes! Bring balloons, birthday decorations, and cupcakes (much easier than dealing with cutting a cake, plates, and forks!). Just make sure decorations are safe and don’t interfere with the Pilot’s visibility or operation of the bike.

What if our birthday group is smaller than six people?

You can book individual seats on one of our scheduled Public/Mixer Tours.

How long does a birthday party tour last?

Our tours last approximately two hours, including stops at local bars and breweries.

Is PedalPub good for milestone birthdays?

Definitely! We’ve hosted 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, and even 95th birthday celebrations. You’re never too old to have fun!
